Cold Formed Hollow Section Square Pipe
Our company focuses on the usage, development and research of square and rectangular tubes over the passed 20 years. We purchased three production lines at the cost of over 16 million for expansion of the new factory in 2012.
These production lines make full-sizes of square tubes and rectangular tubes: 20x20mm-600x600mm, 20x30mm-600x800mm, Thickness:1.5mm-35.0mm,over 2800 specifications.

After we finish manufacturing,we will inspect steel tubes. a.Technical Properties:Dimensions,Flattening Test, Bending Degree, Twist,Radius of Corner,We could guarantee all the technical requirements according to standard. b.We could provide MTC(Including Chemical composition Mechanical property),these could guarantee the material. c.Welcome our customer to our factory to inspect goods.If you need,you also could ask third party(SGS,BV) to inspect goods. All the measures to show our determination to manufacture high quality steel tubes. |
Test |
Our factory has own lab room which will test steel tube after manufacturing. This guarantees quality of steel rube. 1.Chemical Component Analysis (C,Si,Mn,S,P) 2.Mechanical Properties (Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, Elongation ) MTC is supplied.
