Constant temperature ultrasonic homogenizer SCIENTZ11-II
1)working principle:
The machine consists of ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer components of the two major components. Ultrasonic generator (power) is to 220VAC, 50Hz single-phase power through the inverter into 19.5-21kHz, about 600V of the alternating power, and to match the appropriate impedance and power to promote the transducer for longitudinal mechanical vibration, Vibrational waves through the immersion in the sample solution of titanium alloy horn on the various types of cells have been broken cavitation effect, so as to achieve the purpose of broken cells.
