FRP Rod
Glass fiber reinforced plastic round rod is composed of unsaturated polyester resin, continuous glass fiber yarn,
glass fiber mat, pultrusion process control, process is irreversible, it can't melt or form again, again has high
strength, light weight, antiseptic, beautiful, impact resistance and other characteristics.
Molding process
During the pultrusion process, the raw material are pulled through a heated steel forming die using a
continuous pulling device when the reinforcements are saturated with the resin mixture in the resin
bath and the wetted reinforcement package is wrapped in a surfacing veil. the completed package
then goes into premolding stage that roughly forms the package into the appropriate shape to enter
the heated trimming die for curing. the trimming die is the exact shape of the final part desired. upon
exiting the trimming die, the part is over 90% processing and solid. Cutting in accordance with
requirements of the length, the entire process is completed.

the 1000 h after artificial accelerated aging of bending strength retention rate can reach 78%.
(2) low deformation rate Glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe by 1000 h after artificial accelerated aging change
in length is + 0.03%, the width of the rate of 0.07%.Therefore making products with the pultrusion
profiles geometric shapes and sizes can keep the long-term stability.
(3) high thermal deformation temperature Pultrusion profiles of the thermal deformation temperature of
186 ℃, high temperature softening, 60 ℃ the same crisp, to ensure the normal use of various kinds of
ambient temperature.
(4) the bibulous rate is low General purpose bibulous rate is less than 0.5%, and the bibulous rate of
pultrusion profiles is only 0.257%, suitable for use in damp environment.
(5) low coefficient of heat preservation and heat insulation heat transfer coefficient of pultrusion profiles
with hard PVC close, made of the single frame of the double glass window insulation thermal insulation
coefficient of only 2.69 W/(m2K), and with the same type of steel, aluminum ingot the coefficient of
heat preservation and heat insulation of the window is as high as 4.0 W/(m2K), shows that FRP doors
and Windows of energy saving is obvious.
