Features:
Our CNC Water Well Screen Mesh Welding Machine have the strongpoint of low noise, low enery consumption and stable function. The electrical control system is famous GUANGSHU lathe system, main axis and feeding axis are both adopt Panasonic Brand AC power servo motor and drivers. Slot size adopt NC servo motor to drive ball guide screw, ball guide screw and dragline wire plate are attached to linear guideway, glide according instructions, slot size could be adjusted randomly.
Machine parameters’ adjusted and displayed visual and convenient, simple and easy to do. Ball guide screw and Linear guideway both adopt import famous brand product.
Usage: welding wire warpped screen pipe, water filtration mesh, water well screen mesh
Machine function and parameters:
Machine’s work mode: Automatic and Adjustable
a.In automatic mode, input correct variable value then the machine can work automatic cycle.
b.In adjustable mode, every parts movement of machine could be adjustable, like a manual mode.
1. The diameter of the canister: 6,8,10,12 inches (could be customize)
2. Slot distance size: 0.25-1.0mm
3. Length of canister: ≤6000mm (could be customize)
4. Material: low carbon galvanized steel and stainless steel wire
5. V-wire(wedged wire) size: diameter 2mm-4mm
