High speed automatic wire mesh fence welding machine
High speed automatic wire mesh fence welding machine adopts synchronous control skill. The welding time and separate welding are controlled by PLC based on touch screen system, which makes the operation more intelligentized. Mesh drawing system is controlled by servo-motor., which improves the precision of mesh opening size. Meanwhile the longitudinal and transversal spacing are adjustable. It simplifies the process that every tensile spring has to be changed when the welding wire diameter is different. Only need to change the pressure of welding point.
Welding Transformer:
This machine equips typical and efficient transformer, which has 8-gear, so it enlarges welding range. Professional electrode makes the wear low; it is also used in many sides.
Drawing Mesh System:
It is controlled by computer and servo motor, the distance of weft could adjust steplessly, the mesh size change is settled by the program, it could have different weft distances on one piece of mesh sheet. And it drawing mesh by cycle automatic, so make the machine can weld extra length mesh.
Control System:
It adopts PLC program controller, the operation is convenient with (touching screen) , and it is easy to learn and use.
Feed Cross Wire System:
This system adopts patent technology, sending wire one by one, it need not put wires by manual work.
Use of Mesh Sheet:
Welding highway fence panel, railway fence panels, wire mesh panels and construction mesh panels etc.

The main machine and auxilary equipment with plastic ,then put the spare parts into wooden box ,use the steel wire to fasten the easy damages parts to keep its safety and not be hit during the ship,the full line need 1*20'' container to hold , the auxilary equipments we also use wooden box to pack them.
