Product Description
Wire mesh welding machines JK-AC-1200S characteristic
cross wire device: Panasoniv sevo motor(0.75kw)
mesh output fevice: Panasonic servo motor (1.5kw)
power system: helical gear motor, servo control(4kw)
operation system: HMI+touch screen in English1. easy to operate: start the machine only one automatic run button.
2. motor servo control: adopts Delta VE high-end frequency converter snd PG card, the time of main motor 0-1500r/min accelerate and decelerate is 0.02s, zero speed could 200% torque run, ensure the machine quick reaction (the main motor with Autonics encoder)
3. Helical gear reducer: to ensure the machine high bearing running, adopts torque high bearing K-series helical gear reducer, and outside install, easy to maintanance.
4. mesh output device: Panasonic servo motor and planetary gear, ensure the system stability of and wire mesh size precision.
5. weft input device: Panasonic servo motor and planetary gear, ensure the weft uniformity and system stability.
6. fault display: when the machine fault, it will show on the touch screen(HMI), convenient to maintain.
7. parameter set: all the parameter could be set on the touch screen in English.
8. All the spare parts are famous brand abroad and inland.
