Tianrui Wire Mesh offers custom fabrications of wire mesh for all types of applications. We have provided industry with wire mesh fabricated items used for Filtration and Sizing, Security and Safety, to Material Handling and Production Applications for many years.
Our meshes are available in rolls or cut into wire mesh discs and also as fabricated filter assembly. They are available to be cutter into different shapes and sizes according to your request or drawings, such as cutting, shearing, bending, forming, rolling, welding, stamping and slitting.
Material:
SS woven wire cloth (SS 304, SS 304 L, SS 316 and SS 316 L.), SS sintered web, phosphate bronze / brass wire cloth, Black wire cloth etc.
Mesh: 2-400 mesh.
Diameter: 0.025-20(mm).
Weaving: Plain woven, twill woven, Dutch woven, reverse woven
Characteristic:
Acid-resisting, alkali-resisting, heat-resisting, corrosion-resisting, etc.
Disc Filters Shapes:
Single piece or multiple layered and round, rectangle elliptical, other shapes.
Usage:
Filter discs are mainly used in screening and separation in mine, coal, grain, medicine, ceramic, glass, food, scientific research, petroleum, chemical industry, machinery manufacturing, ship and automobiles to delete the mist drop or liquid foam; used as air filter in cars and trucks, in filtration of high molecular polymer, long fiber, short fiber, meltdown in thin film production, also drugs, hydraulic oil, disposal of water, hot gas, etc.
We can manufacture from 8 to 80mesh for Plain weave and Twill weave, and from 12 x 64mesh to 40 x 200 mesh for Dutch weave. Special specifications can be produced by the customer's requirements.
Packages:
round paper tube,waterproof paper,woven bags,then into wooden case or as customers’ require.
