Featrues
1.This high quality fried snacks machinery line can make most of expanded snacks food from powder situation materials, which has higher product diversity.
2.This high quality fried snacks machinery line extruder is twin-screw extruder, there is one couple of screws inside the barrel. The raw material of screws is 38CrMoAl. This material is treated by heat treatment and nitrizing treatment. Its hardness and strength performance is excellent, which can bear high temperature and high pressure. The screws can be integral type or combined type. If combined type, after the extrusion joints are wear and tear, user doesn’t need to change whole set screws, only change extrusion joints.
3.This line extruder has self-clean function. The user doesn’t need to push out screws and clean them.
4. Our extruder and dryer are equipped with inverters. The inverters are famous brands. Our standard inverter is Delta, the user can choose LS, ABB, Siemens, but different value.
5. This line automation degree is high, it need only 2-3 workers to operate.
6. The production factors can be quantized and controllable.
7. We can custom-make all the machineries for this processing line as per users’ requirement. We supply OEM goods.
8. All the materials touching food is food grade.
9. This line extruder is equipped with forced lubrication system. Without running oil pump, main motor won’t run. It can protect gears, bearings and main motor.
