----Regarding the heat sealer, introduction as below :this serious adopting electrical eternal control system and Variable speed drive system, closing bags automatically by heat sensor. The length of seal is no limited and can be finished one time. When closing, it can print production time on the bags automatically. Writing is clear and changing letters process is convenient. It can be used in single and complex membrane or plastic bags. Now it is widely sued in food , feed, wood, chemical industry.
Main Structures:
1. Auto filling system;
2. Auto weighting balance;
3. Auto belt conveyor;
4. Auto sewing machine or Auto heat sealing machine(Could be choose based on different bag materials)
5. Electric control cabinet.
Working Flow: Clamp the bag ---Auto filling---Auto weighing—-Conveyor--Sealing
1. Machines are wrapped in plastic bags first before being convolved with straw rope.
2. Then the machines are putted in strong iron sheet case/wooden case, lined with metal wire if necessary.
3. Nude packing or by plywood case, too heavy and big,once exceed container limit should shipped.
