Main Structures:

Application range:
The pellet packing machine is applied to quantitative automatic weighing, filling, kneading, accumulating weigh and times, stitching and conveying with manual assistant for powder material in the flour factory or material such as pellet shape.Generally, the quantitative filling pellet packing machine includes packing scales, sack closer, and belt conveyor.
Features:
1) Take three speeds feeding to guarantee the precision at min weight and speed at max weight
2) The head of bag stitching machine, conveyor, and hot sealing machine can rise and fall. Also, the system is applied to sealing and convey with max and min bags.
3) There is shock-absorbing device in weighing system; It could avoid the shock of other devices through floor and tube to affect the weighing system.
4) Good seal in system, and it has dust catcher and aspirator.
5) Guide groves in conveyor roller and guide bars in conveyor belts to avoid excursion and cracks.
Working Flow: Clamp the bag ---Auto filling---Auto weighing—-Conveyor--Sealing
1. Machines are wrapped in plastic bags first before being convolved with straw rope.
2. Then the machines are putted in strong iron sheet case/wooden case, lined with metal wire if necessary.
3. Nude packing or by plywood case, too heavy and big,once exceed container limit should shipped.
