1.Description of pellet packing machine:
It is suitable for automatic quantitative packing of the powdery material in the construction, chemical,fertilizer industry(For example, dry powder martar,concentrated feed,fishmeal,chemical powder,etc.)
2.Main Structures:
1. Auto filling system;
2. Auto weighting balance;
3. Auto belt conveyor;
4. Auto sewing machine or Auto heat sealing machine(Could be choose based on different bag materials)
5. Electric control cabinet.
3.Working principle of pellets packaging machine:
Materials enter into buffer hopper through pneumatic butterfly valve, fed in big, middle, small speed by pneumatic arc door. Materials enter into weighing hopper, load cell sends out signal when reaching preset value, arc door closed, discharging valve opened, materials flow into bag for an instant, bag clamping device opens, bag is conveyed to sealing unit by belt conveyor. System returns to original position, filling materials again.
4.Feature of pellets packaging machine:
1. Adopt high voltage static electricity spraying plastics craft;
2. Independent suspension sensor , message sending stable, confirm accurate weighting;
3. Machine body , conveyor, sealing , control box , confirm humanized design, reduce labour intensity;
4. Strap high speed feeding material, without any broken for raw material.
