2.Description of BSM Brand Pellet Packing Machine
1.wood pellets packaging machine is integrated by packing machine and sealer . the integrated type is very flexible. Which type sealer will be organized in packi ng machine is mainly depends on bags materials,for example we will install heat sealer if bags materials are made from plastic , if nylon or paper or cloth bags, the n install sew sealer
2.wood pellets packaging machine can measure weight and close bags automatically, when adjust weight into one stable number for example 20kg/bag, bags will fall down to bottom conveyor automatically when reaches 20kg , then bags will convey to sealer. Then sealer will close bags automatically and print production da te. The pellet feeding to bags speed also can be adjusted

4.Working principle of BSM Brand Pellets Packing Machine
Materials enter into buffer hopper through pneumatic butterfly valve, fed in big, middle, small speed by pneumatic arc door. Materials enter into weighing hopper, load cell sends out signal when reaching preset value, arc door closed, discharging valve opened, materials flow into bag for an instant, bag clamping device opens, bag is conveyed to sealing unit by belt conveyor. System returns to original position, filling materials again.
