1) full automation : it has the automatic oil-supply device , you do not need to add oil for the roller every 2 hours by yourself, so the machhine can keeps on working a full day without a stop.
2) the ring die : both sides of the ring die can be used , thus the life time of the molds can be reach up to produce 2000 ton pellets
3) labor saving:one people is enough to operation the machine
4) wearing parts : the wearing parts of the machine are the gear of the roller , molds , only these 2 parts, we have them in stock
5). Well adaptable: it could put all kinds of raw material into briquetting machine (If larger, crusher should be used).
6). High Automation: 2 workers are enough to operate all the process.
The wide scope of raw material: the corn stalks, wheat straw, cotton stalks, rice straw, rice husk, peanut shell, corn cob, branches, leaves, sawdust and other crops in rural areas , solid waste, furfural-residue, edible fungus dregs,and Chinese herbal medicine residue etc. All can be used as raw material.
1). Crusher (to crush the materials into sawdust or powders);
2). Dryer (to remove the moisture in materials till it get to the level of 8% - 13%);
3). Briquette mill (to press the materials into pellets, with sizes from 2 - 30mm, up to you);
4). Cooling machine (to cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture);
5). Sieving machine (to remove the dusts and broken pellets);
6). Packing machine (to put the pellets into bags of required sizes).
