1.Reasonable structure
The integral overlapping technology is adopted for manufacturing the air bag so that layers are overlapped into an integral to enhance the sturdiness of tje product.Meanwhile,the bag head adopts two more new crafts than the bag body,which completely improve the safety and the resistance to pressure and air.
2.Superior workmanships
This product comes with the smooth and mellow surface as well as the safe and reliable bag head.The special rubber adhesive(Chemlok) is applied,so the bag head and the iron bag mouth are firmly connected ,effectively avoiding the phenomena that the bag mouth readily blasts as well as the air tightness is poor.
3.High bearing capacity
With the reasonable structure and the superior raw material,the air bag adopts the dedicated rubber compound and adhesive as well as the high-intensity and high-toughness cord fabrics,which greatly enhances the bearing capacity of the whole product.Its bearing capacity evenly far exceeds that required by the CB/T3795-1996(Air Bag for Ship Up to or Down to Launching Way).Therefore,this product can totally work under the severe environment and can securely withstand external extrusion.
4.High-quality raw material
The framework of this air bag is made of 1260D2V1 cord fabrics whose single-strand breaking strength is 21kg.Every 10cm bag contains 90-94 strands of chinlon cord fabrics,The soft,high-elasticity,high-adhesiveness and high air-tightness natural rubber,styrene-butadiene rudder and other synthetic tubbers are used as the inner layer,and the 54%-57% gel content is guaranteed.
The outer layer adopts the hard,high-toughness,high wear resistance,corrosion resisting and ageing resistant natural rubber,styrene-butadiene rubber,butadiene rubber and other synthetic rubbers.The imported high-tenacity rubber adhesive effectively eliminates the degumming of each layer.
5.Strict inspection
Each finished product should pass the strict appearance and aeration inspection before the delivery.We will also test its working pressure,and if the gas leakage rate per unit time cannot reach the standard,it wont’t be delivered.
