(1) Main structure: machine frame is welding by steel plate, casting base,synchronous precision gear box, universal joint transmission, synchronous device. Hand manual lifting device.etc.

4) Scrap rewinder

It is welding by steel plate, use the upper and lower steel plate and felted wool to clamp tighten. Many kinds plates protection structure. The air pressing down to make tension force to make sure recoil tighten and clear up.

6) Hand manual expansion recoiler
It is welding by box- style. Ø 480-Ø508mmx1600mm.loading 10MT. 55kw speed adjustable motor. Box speed reducer, recoiler pressing arm Ø80mm, motor-driven for lifting.

7) Electronic control system
Adopt to 3 phase 380V power supply. Voltage fluctuation: within ±10%. Control voltage.
