1)Function and applying area
It is the main equipment for producing straight seam welded pipe in metallurgy, building and light industry.
The machine device cool the steel sheet and process to duct, hot it through high frequency sensor, then weld the pipe seam. Different diameter pipe is made by changing different diameter roller. The machine mainly use mild steel and mild alloy steel.
The machine has a wide advantages: big driving moment, high steel machine and roller, good welding seam, clear surface, convenience.

2. Rotation system
The machine has a 37KW main motor, it will push the power to every roller through power distributor box. According the technical requirement, pipe making speed of diameter setting device is quicker than speed of forming machine in order to let the pipe has a forward pull. Set every roller diameter incremental change at the actual situation when design the different hole type of rollers.
