I.FY-6T Wire drawing machine

Our FY-6T wire drawing machine is a full Automation Equipment which could draws the metal wires rod to section bar once completed.It has the advantages of accurate geometric shap,good surface roughness,high dimensional.
Its process include:Decoil,initial straightening,cold drawing,precision straightening,CNC shearing cutting,polishing and finished products collection.
Our FY-6T combined cold drawing machine contains many parts,The main parts are include

V.Packaging:standard shipping package according to the container shippment requirement, such as pallet, box and so on.The normal packages is wooden box. If export to Europ Country,the wooden box will be after fumigated. If enter container the packages is too tighter,we may use PE film to wrapping the machine. or according to customer's special request.
VI.Our Services
1.Installation and debugging: one mechanical engineer and one electric engineer will go to customer's factory for debugging after customer finished installation of the machines;
2.Guarantee: machines will be tested in our factory before shippment;
one year guarantee time for all mechanical parts and electric parts except spare parts;
we will supply all drawings of spare parts for customer's actual production.
