1.Product Introduction
PLF-series filter is of high pressure type, and used in the pressure line of hydraulic system.
It can remove all the contaminants from the hydraulic system. The element of this made
of glass fibre. It has high efficiency and filtration, large dirt capacity and low initial pressure
drop. Beta ratio is over200.It has two protection equipment which are by-pass vavle and
contamination indicator. The indicator will act when the pressure drop across element
attains adjustable pressure. The elemnt should be cleaned or changed in time.This series
oil filter is widely used in the hydraulic and lubrication system of heavy duty machine,
mining machine, metallurgical machine and so on.Features: Large area of filter effectively , low resistance, big capacity of dust storage ,
easily to install etc.
2.Product Characteristics
Filter basic construction
PLF series filter is composed of filter top cover and spin-on housing. Filter top cover is integral type,
according to the customer requirements, the flow direction and the mounting hole position can be custom-made.

Top cover material: Ductile cast iron
Filter bowl material: Carbon steel
2.2 Seals
Perbunan (=NBR) (-30~+120°C); Viton=FPM(-20~+200°C)
