SGF duplex high pressure line filter,high equality hydraulic oil filter
1.Introduction
SGF series double cylinder filter is composed of reversing valve, pressure blance valve, bypass valve, indicator and two cylinders. Replacing filter element without stopping can come true.
It can be installed on the high-pressure line of control element or executive element to protect control element and executive element. Especially suitable for protection for high accuracy servo component and plunger piston component of automatic control system, can control pollution efficiently so that prolong service life of element. When working, one cartridge through oil, the other as spare part. When the differential pressure produced for blocking filter element of the working cartridge up to 0.5MPa, indicator would send a signal, at the moment the pressure-blance valve should be opened in time and turn the reversing valve, let the spare cartridge start to work (turnoff pressure-blance valve after the reversing valve are moved to designed position).Only to switch the screw-plug once more and release the blocked oil of cartridge, then screw off shell, then replace the filter element blocked.
If the reversing valve is not be switched and the spare cartridge can not start to operate in time, when the differential pressure is up to the opening pressure 0.6MPa, bypass valve would open automatically to avoid the pressure continue to rise, so that filter element rupture cause pollution. But if doing that, the oil without filtration enters into the system, which causes great harm to the system, so the bypass valve should be avoided opening automatically.
