SRFA duplex tank mounted mini-type return filter,high equality hydraulic oil filter
Introduction
This filter is composed of two single cylinder filter, reversing valve, bypass valve, indicator and diffuser etc. It can be installed on the top of oil tank and can be replaced the filter element without shutdown. It is applied to continuous working hydraulic system as return oil fine filtration and used to filter some metal powder produced by the wear of various elements of hydraulic system, and rubber impurities of seal element etc,so that keep return oil clean, helpful for recycle use of the oil in the system.
When one filter element is blocked, the pressure difference at the inlet and outlet is up to 0.35MPa, indicator would send a signal, at the moment reversing valve is turned and the spare filter starts to work, then the blocked filter element is replaced.
If the blocked filter element cannot be replaced in time, when pressure difference is up to 0.4MPa, the bypass valve would start to automatic work in order to protect element and maintain the normal operation, but the element should be replaced as soon as possible.
The design adopts direct return oil, so that it is very convenient to replace element or add oil. Only need to switch the filter cover when replacing element or adding oil. Every filter head has two M18X1.5 ports and can install indicator in any place.
Diffuser is installed at the bottom of return oil cylinder, which can make the medium of return oil enter into the oil tank smoothly, difficult to produce bubbles and reduce air to enter into again, weaken the disorder of deposited pollutants.
Element is made of new type chemical fiber filter material with high filtration accuracy, great capacity of flowing oil, little lose of the original pressure, large quantity of pollutants received etc.. its filtration accuracy is calibrated by absolute filtration accuracy, filtration ratio β3,β5,β10,β20≥200,filtration efficiency η≥99.5%, evaluation methods are ISO16889-9 and GB/T18853-2002.
