The Cast-steel were made by investment casting process & lost wax casting process and resin sand molding process.
Process as per follows:
1. Make the wax mold
2.Make sand shell outside of wax
3.Lost wax and dry the shell
4.Melting metal and pouring the liquid metal input shell
5.Cleaing the shell
6.Grinding the raw castings
7.Machining the castings
8.Packing and shipping
