Operation Conditions

1. It can be used in weak-acid or alkaline drilling mud conditions.

2. The max operation temperature is 150℃.

3. Accumulative service life is no less than 300 hrs (The actual service life varies according to the character of drilling mud and other correlative factors).

The metallic materials body of centralizer usually is chosen from Monel alloy, mon-magnetic stainless steel, Ti alloy or beryllium bronze alloy, etc.

The centralizer is composed of two parts: anti-corrosive, abrasion resistant, non-magnetic alloy body and elastomer with strong abrasion resistance coated over the body. The specified vulcanization process was laid down in order to keep the elastomer layer sticking firmly with alloy body under harsh environment with high downhole temperature and high speed drilling mud erosion.

4-rib centralizer is the regeneration product from the old 3-rib centralizer with bolts, it has much better centering performance than 3-rib centralizer, the redesigned products have better abrasion resistance and longer service life.

Specification

The size of Bolts mounted on the centralizer generally is the ISO Hex socket head M6. In response to the requests from the customers, the ANSI 1/4” - 20UNC socket head M6-size bolt can be equipped with the centralizer.
