♦ Slip one layer of stockinet over the wounded part and wrap with cast padding.
♦ Gloves must be worn.
♦ Open only one roll at a time, immerse the roll of tape in room temperature water (20-25℃) for 3~5 seconds and squeeze 3~4 times.
♦ Wrap the tape spirally, taking care to avoid excess tightness. (overlapping the previous layer by one-half or two-thirds the width of the tape. )
♦ Smooth and rub the surface to achieve good contact between layers. About 3~4 minutes after immersion in water, Ansen Cast is sufficiently rigid to prevent further moulding.
