We will indicate the MOQ for each item in the quotation sheet. we accept the sample and trial order. If the quantity of single item can’t reach the MOQ, the price should be sample price.

3. How long will it take to execute my order ?

For the stock items , we can arrange the shippment within 7 days after received your payment . For the customized items , we will indicate the delivery time in the quotation sheet .

For the overseas orders,if there is quality problem , please kind to provide the pictures to show the problems by e-mail . We will provide the replacements to you at our cost according to actual conditions.

Sure, we have a showroom in our factory, China. If you are a volume buyer and would like to visit our in-house products and production line, please contact us to make an appointment.

6. Why don't you state your prices on your website?

We are a business-to-business company and seldom sell to the terminal consumers. Considering our clients` interests and privacy, we actually do not state our prices on our website. The reason is that our client does not want their cost is shown to consumers. We hope that you can submit a target price form to us since we actually need to investigate our markets, which helps us to tune in to our client's need and provide them with more information of new products. It also helps us to verify whether or not an inquiry is from a bona fide business.

7. How can I know how my order is being done?

We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery.
