Our company is one of the biggest hydraulic cylinder manufacturer in China, specialized in design, R&D and manufacturing of hydraulic machinery products. Our factory covers an area of 180,000 square meters with 600 employees in it. Its annual production capacity is 200,000 sets with 700 sets of manufacturing equipment.

Warranty period for our honed tubes and chrome bars is 2 years. For some special or important customers, the period is 5 years. All the orders, records of production and inspection would be kept for 5 years.

• We own 35 sets honing machines producing tube ID from 38.1mm to 1000mm, at max length of 18m. We also have skiving & burnishing machine (made in Italy and Korea), which can make tube ID max 530mm.
  
•  We own 18 sets of equipment for piston rod in completely production, producing OD from 12mm to 500mm, at max length of 16m. Plate according to customers’ different requirements such as Chrome, Nickel, and Ceramic. Thickness is from 10μm to 100μm.
•  High Precision: Honed tube (Roughness of tube is 0.2μm and straightness is less than 0.15/1000), piston rod (Plating thickness is 10-100 micron. Surface roughness is 0.2μm and straightness is also less than 0.15/1000)

• Product details are completely according to International Standard, chrome rod and honed tube must be cut flatly, and no chrome marks on the surface of rod. (Most of domestic mills don’t do this in order to reduce cost)

• Delivery time is very fast. The average delivery time is 5-30 days after confirming the orders. Production output for honed tubes is about 300tons per month and 200tons for chrome bars per month.

• Package: our packages are safer than others’ supplier in China. Packing for rod normally we choose is cardboard that film attached inside, which does not only prevent rods from scratch but also from oil rusting. Tubes are made with caps at both end and painted oil on inside and outside surface. For full container, extra package like parcel at outside will be used.

Q1:What's the brand name of your products ?

A:Generally,we use our own brand "WTJX",OEM is also available as required.

Q2:Hydraulic cylinder internal leakage?

A: There are 3 main reasons causing internal leakage :Overload,polishing is not well controlled,bad seal kits.As is known to all,vehicles in China are often overload,our products all designed to  bear the overload power.We have numerical control machine  to assure the polish processing .And we use the imported seals to meet customers' demands.

Q3:Does your piston rod get ruptured easily?

A: Hard chrome plating quenched and tempered 45# steel for piston rod to assure sufficient hardness and toughness.

Q4:Is your design reasonable? What about your product safe coefficient?

A:We have R&D team with abundant design experience. We also established production, education, and research cooperation with universities . Rest assured.

Q5:What about the quality feedback of your products?

A: Guarantee the quality from the raw material. We have cold drawing production line and nickel-chrome electroplating production line , so we can produce cold-drawing pipe and hard-chrome pipe used for hydraulic cylinder. !!!

Q6:Is the sample free?

A:Yes.In our acceptable range, we can offer a sample by charging freight. And we will return the fee after you place bulk order.

A: Over 700 sets advanced equipments to meet customer's large demand in short delivery time.Generally ,it's 7-15 days.
