The principal axis has been driven by the motor through the gear box, and then get the press roller moving. The biomass material has been on the die through the feeder hopper . the press roller has been driven by principal axis , then press roller has extruded the material to the nib, the material has been shaped up to the cylindrical pellet in the nib for certain time and would be cut by the rotary slicer, then moved to the discharge hole.

1.The production range is wide, the biomass material we could find now, such as wood chips, pine, bamboo, peanut shell, rice husk and straw, all could be the pellet by our pellet mill.
2.The gear box has been driven by multiple geared system, wheel gears are made of alloy steel and they have been carburizing and quenching, the gear system are with low noise, high endurance, low temperature changing and long life after grinding.

4.The pellet mills are with big capacity, uniformity and hardness of the pellet as the diameter of the press roller is longer.
5.The contact area has been enlarged as the adjustment of ranking of nib, it could protect the die and extend the life of die.( we have got the patent for it.)
6.All bearings have been sealed and it could improve the situation in the bearings and extend the life.
7.The gear box, upper box are made of alloy steel with higher strength, could never be cracked.
