Basic Introduction of coal dust rotary dryer

Coal dust rotary dryer is a new professional drying equipment researched and developed on the basis of drum drying machine. It is mainly composed of discharging machine, rotary roller, power distribution cabinet, belt-type feeding machine, induced draft fan and belt discharging machine. The coal dust rotary dryer plays a significant role in coal production industry.

Application of coal dust rotary dryer

1. The coal industry coal, coal with flotation, drying mixed coal and other materials drying;

2. The construction industry blast furnace slag, clay, limestone, sand, quartz and other materials drying;

3. Processing industry, metal concentrates, slag, tailings and other materials drying;

4. The chemical industry of non-heat-sensitive materials drying.

Coal dust rotary dryer working principle:

1.wet material was sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator and through hopper feeding pipe are sent to the inside.

2.adjust the feeding pipe slope so that the wet material can flow smoothly down the cylinder dryer, 

dryer cylinder is located in a slope. the material are sent here from higher end and the heat is sent 

here from the lower end. thus the material and heat will fully contact.

3.with the rotation of the cylinder, material flow down the lower end because of the gravity force.

4.during the material moving forward in the cylinder, are directly and indirectly dried by the 

heater and are sent to the dischage sie by the belt conveyer or spiral conveyer.
