Mobile cycle dryer,model 5YH series machine,it have single tower ,dualtower,tritower,and multi-tower combination type.This machine special for grains enterprise,plants and managing specialized productions households,under the condition of market economy,improve economical benefit,safe storage for the high moisture grains,development and design this dryer machine for the grains,oil plants,seeds,grazing grass seed and other plants,the technical level of domestic and foreign similar products in the leading level.Supporting heat source in the machine as :coal furnace,rice husk furnace(it can burn straw,halm,wood,bamboo bits and so on),nanometer far-infred,superconduct-heating,streaming,oil,air,gas producer.Except the tiradstage higher drying new technology and new process,it is our first new design in the market.This machine dryer mainly for the unhusked rice,corn,wheat,bean,rapeseed,seed grain,grass seed and the other granular material.
Structural features:
This machine have the steel structure,the complete line is composition by dryer tower,cooling tower,hot blast heater,draft fan,elevator,cycle conveyor,the electromechanical control deviceectr.It have single tower,dualtower,tri-tower,multi-tower combination,this instruction can use all of system machine.Structure:lifting gear,cycling instruction,dryer oling system,uniform distribution row grain machanism,supply hot system,control system and so on.The characteristic:(1)it removable,easy install and operation(2)multiple drying,automatic cycleback,slow cooling,it cam realize grain greatly precipitation,high moisture food enter the machine can to save energy(3)optimization angle box structure,have small resistance of grain layer.save energy(4)inform distribution row grain,no blind angle,grain drying consistent(5)multiple drying continuation,multi air duct,large air flow,low temperature and back flow,reduce moisture by cycle drying,indirect contact with air,effectively guarantee the grain quality.

Working principle:
The grain which have been cleaned,send to the dryer tower by elevator,stocking on the storing grain prothole by dead-load,stop load material.Fire hot blast furnace,close draft fan cooling resist,open draft fan hot blast resist,open draft fan supply heat air.After one hour start the row grain cycle facility,the grain will be uniform distribution cycle move,contact with hot blast then heater,the moisture of grain will be discharge from inner to outer,till reach dryer requirements.Then open the blow fast row grain hole make the grain out of the dryer.After finished dryer,high moisture grain ,it is control the reduce moisture scope according to the requirement.Single tower cycle dryer is batch cycle,have dry and cooling functions design.Dual-tower combined type,composition by the heat-cool tower and Dual-tower,Trtower or Multi-tower combination,composition by plural heat tower and one coling tower,It is continuation working type,it can be satisfied with different variety reduce moisture 0.5-6% for one time,if reduce moisture more than 7-20%,it will be reduce the capacity.
