Pellet animal feed machine :
This machine is a full set of mechanized production equipment. It
can convert biomass raw material and solid waste into high density and energy fuel. Straw fuel
briquette machine is widely used in household stove, heating furnace, hot water boilers, industrial
boilers, etc. The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc. for warm in house.
Straw coal is a kind of new style energy with renewable, environmental protection, biomass clean and low cost. It is widely used of heating, hotels, restaurants, bath in industries as heat source, solved the problem of the coal boiler environmental protection, and solved the problem of higher industry fuel costs.

1). Length of raw materials: 2-90mm
2). Moisture content of raw materials: 5-30%
3). Product shape: diameter 6~60mm
4). Product density : 0.9-1.4 g/cm3
5). Calorie :3500-5500 kcal

Raw material:

Production process of straw briquette:
1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm.
2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.
3. Pressing raw material into briquette.
