5.Our craft
Turning: Take turning as final process to eliminates commonly used grinding ,which
enable you to obtain the precise model, size and position. YCZCO adopt advanced
precision CNC maching which ensure the product of high-quality surfaces, roundness
.
Heat treatment:Bearing under heat treatment can greatly improve its life, reliability,rigidity, wear resistance and anti-fatigue function.Its expected range of the ring can be externd to 28mm.
Precision Grinding:The good grinding processing in the outer and inner ring, make the surface smooth and delicate, grinding crack and groove error obviously reduced and touch surface larger.
6.Bearing oil & grease
Oils – maintain their consistency well over a wide temperature range and are
easy to apply. For very low torque applications, a light instrument oil should be specified. Higher running speeds are possible with oil but the obvious drawback
with oil is the fact that it tends not to stay in place.
Greases – are simply oils mixed with a thickener to so that they stay inside
the bearing. Greases are generally more suitable for heavy loads and have the obvious advantage of giving constant lubrication over a long period without maintenance.
