Bearing ring Dimension tolerance, geometric tolerances, and surface quality of bearing’ s working surface will influent the operating noise. YCZCO adopts precision CNC machining ,to dimension precision,  geometric tolerances , design drawing , mold making , grinding, cleaning,  assembly ,testing, every link of strict checks. Which is to ensure all our products are tested by our strict criteria.

Ball  The balls evenly with by the cage, often make rolling movement between 2 rings. The shape, size and number will directly influent bearing’s load tolerance and operating capability.We use high precision, small vibration steel ball. It’s surface must be strengthened, no bumps scratches, lacerations, pitting and notch.

Cage Enclose and move with all or part of the balls. It also be used to insulate the balls, guide the balls’ movement and to improve lubrication performance inside the bearing., etc. YCZCO’s cage is commonly made of cold rolling carbon steel. But in the corrosiveness environment ,nonparallel or high - speed situation,stainless steel, engineering plastics cagecan be decided on request.

Shield YCZCO’s shield, taking the carbon steel material, if necessary,taking stainless steel or other material.

Seal YCZCO adopt different kind of seal material to meet the requirement of their operating in high temperature and being compatible with grease. Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber is our standard material. but in high temperature environment ,often adopt fluorocarbons, silicone , PTFE shield.

Grease The shield and seal were filled with standard grease. We can use different grease as requested.

How to choose bearings?

Usually these factors should be considered: the bearing size and direction ofthe load, the nature of the bearing load, self-aligning performance requirements, bearing rigid requirements, bearing performance requirements, the speed of the bearing working environment temperature requirements and some other aspects.such as the requirement of bearing axial winding, restrictions on the size ofbearing appearance, installation and dismantling is convenient, the requirement of the bearing seal and the friction torque, vibration and noise, etc.

Our oil and grease: 

Oils -maintain their consistency well over a wide temperature range and are easy to apply. For very low torque applications, a light instrument oil should be specified.

Higher running speeds are possible with oil but the obvious drawback with oil is the

fact that it tends not to stay in place.

Greases –are simply oils mixed with a thickener to so that they stay inside the bearing. Greases are generally more suitable for heavy loads and have the obvious advantage

of giving constant lubrication over a long period without maintenance.
