This product is based on external involute helical cylindrical gear reducer of national standard JB/T8853-1999 production, product by the optimization design, which has ninety's international advanced level.
The products are widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other industrial sectors.
1, speed reducer gear circumferential speed of not more than 10 m / s.;
2, the speed reducer high speed shaft is not greater than 1500 rpm;
3, speed reducer for positive and negative two to run;
4, speed reducer working environment temperature is -40 °C to +40 °C
(1).Preferential design is applied such as main parameter center distance and nominal drive ratio,which guarantee good interconnection between key parts and components.
(2).All gear wheels are made of quality alloy steel and treated with carburetion and quenching,with tooth surface hardness up to HRC54~62.
(3).Small size,light weight,high precision,large carrying capacity,high efficiency,long service life,high reliability,stable driving,and low noise.
(4).Normally oil sump lubrication is used,with cooling naturally.If thermal power can not be achieved,circular oil lubrication or fan may be used,and cooled with cooling coil pipe.
