Casting Parts Detail Information :

1).  All the casting parts need precision after casting,the process of casting including sand casting and then precison casting.

2).  The casting equipment: CNC milling and turning machine, Lathe, Forging hammer, drilling tapping, grinding and polishing machine, etc.

3):  The casting requirement according to your casting samples or drawing.

4). Facing Method :Raw materials manufacturing, rust prevent, ting oil, spray paint, hot galvanization, cold galvanization or colored eletroplate, powder coating and so on. 

5).  Quality Approvals: all casting machining part are subjected to 3 phases of thorough inspection using qualified instrument before dispatching.
