Needle Roller
1) Needle
FBX provides whole range of needles, the needle material is bearing steel, the hardness is HRC60~65, the surface roughness Ra is not more than 0.2.
Needle marks: P stand for flat end needle, Y for round end needle is ignored.
Example of mark: Falt end needle P2.5 x 9.8 G2
Round end needle 2.5 x 9.8 G2
2)Cylindrical Roller
The dimensional range for FBX cylindrical roller: Dw: 3~30, Lw: 5~50; The roller material is GCr15, the hardness is HRC60~65; And the hardness is HRC60~64 the material is GCr15SiMn,; Surface roughness Ra is not more than 0.2.
The cylindrical dimension tolerance, group diamerter and length vibration, corner dimension and tolerance, outline tolerance and surface roughness are all in accordance with national standdards GB/T4661.
Examples of mark: Cylindrical Roller 5 x 8 +3/-15.
This standing for the diameter is 5, the length is 8, tolerance grade is G3, the average diameter vibration is +3 μ m, group average length of vibration is -15 μ m.
