ASTM 8620,ASTM8630 Casting Machining Details:
1). ASTM 8620, ASTM 8630 casting machining part are smooth, well cleaned, free of sand, porosity, cracks and inclusions.
2). Products for invenstment casting and machining will be according to your samples or drawing.
3). Material Available: Ductile iron QT450, ASTM A536 65-45.12, ASTM 8620, ASTM 8630, ASTM A148 grade 90-60, ASTM A216 70-36 grade WCB, C1018, C1020, C1045, 304 SST, Z2CN18.10, X20Cr13, 9SMnPb28k, 11SMnPb30, X2CrNi18-9, aluminium6061-T6, 6463-T6, 7075-T6 and so on
4). Facing Method :Raw materials manufacturing, rust prevent, ting oil, spray paint, hot galvanization, cold galvanization or colored eletroplate, powder coating and so on.
5). Quality Approvals: all casting machining partare subjected to 3 phases of thorough inspection using qualified instrument before dispatching.

7. The way of payment: 30% deposit by T/T in advance, balance T/T before shipment, L/C is negotiable
