A. All parts have a One-Year Warranty. International orders come with a One-Year Warranty on all HOLDWELL parts. If a part is defective HOLDWELL will either replace or repair that part, as long as it is within the warranty period and proof of purchase is available. Improper use or installation is not a manufacturer's defect.

Q. Is it possible to return a part if I do not want it? 
A. You may return a part as long as it is less than 20 days from the date of purchase for unused and uninstalled products. An original HOLDWELL invoice is required.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order? 
A. HOLDWELL ships from distribution centers but not all parts are available in warehouse. FEDEX and DHL shipping may take 1-5 business days, depending on what items are ordered. Both shipping options do not include Sunday delivery. 

Q. Which side of my car is the Right and Left? 
A. The right and left sides of an automobile are determined as if sitting in the car facing forward. Thus, the left side is on the left when sitting in the car facing forward, and the right side is on the right. For American cars, the driver’s side is on the left, and the passenger sits to the right of the driver. For cars in Japan, Britain, Ireland, the Bahamas and some other former British colonies -- where they drive on the left side of the road -- the passenger sits on the left side, and the driver (along with all the driving controls) is on the right.

Q. Will HOLDWELL aftermarket air suspension parts differently from the originals? 
A. No. HOLDWELL aftermarket air springs are just like the originals. You will not notice any difference in quality. HOLDWELL designs its air springs with the same spring rate and load capabilities set by the original manufacturer.
