Product Structure:

1. Main girder of overhead crane

Overhead crane is a crane equipment which carries on the cross frame and workshop, the warehouse and the material field. Because of its two ends located on the tall column of cement or metal stents, shaped like a bridge, it is also called "crane" or "travelling crane".

2. Double beam crab of overhead crane

   The crabs in the manufacturing plant have passed strict test. 

3. Cabin of gantry crane

  -Glass window can make the operator see all the working condition and the cabs

       installed in the front and two sides.

  -As a group of independent cabin, fixed outside of cab is connected by control

     cable and linkage station which is set up in the cab.

4. Hooks of Double Girder Overhead Cranes

   All of the hooks are designed with different lifting weight, according to international standard.

It is composed with girder frame, crane travel device, and the trolley with lifting and moving device.There is pave the rail for the trolley moves on the main girder.

Assemble the moving table on the outside of te the two main girder, on side is prepare for the assemble and the maintenance the crane moce device, another side is prepare for the assemble of the trolley conductor device.

There are full field of the view cabin suspend under the main girder, there are joint control desk or single control box packed within the cabin, assemble the sidelong ladder between the cabin moving table.The main girder joint with the two side end carriage which wih the joint point in the midddle.
