Yes, we have one year warranty period during which we can send you replacement free of charge if there is quality problem.

3. Can I customize our products from your factory?

Yes, we can make products according to your requirements. Please kindly send

me your specifications and drawings.

4. Can you give me a discount?

Discount is available according to different conditions. The larger the order, the more discount you can enjoy.

5. Can you help me to install or give me advice about what kind of hydraulic cylinder or power pack should I use for specific machine?

Yes, we have three engineers who are always ready to help you. If you do not know what kind of hydraulic power pack/unit or hydraulic cylinders should be used in your machine, please just contact us, our engineers will help you to design the exact products you need with their expertise.

6. How do you ship the finished products?

7. How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

--Generally 5-7days for samples making.

--The lead time of mass production will depend on quality, production art and so on. Generally 35days.
