Usage:
- Rice hulling rubber is the main part of rice huller machine, because of speed difference of veer and reversion between two rubber rollers, paddy are torn up by two rubber rollers, in the end, rice grains come out.
- NBR roller is the 2nd generation of rice huller rubber roller, is adopted 100% NBR rubber materials, the original color is Amber with innocuity, and its outputs will be two or three times more than SBR roller at least.
- Aluminium drum rubber roller, with its light weight, high concentricity, the wear-resisting performance is good. It makes the machine to reduce the load vibration, and to increase the rubber roller's life.

Attentions:
- Handle carefully during the transportation.
- Store in dry place, away from Acid, Alkali, Salt, oil, and dirty, forbidden to put under sun for long time.
- Take sands away from the paddy; keep paddy dry and cleaning when using the rollers.
- Two rollers should be at the same lever, the space must be equal.
- The paddy inputting should be keeping the balance.
- keep the rate of the re-hulling under the limited
- Don’t make the machine work for a long time, in case effect the hulling capacity.
- The surrounding temperature is better under the 50°C.
- Change the fast and slow roller at a certain time.
