Slewing ring bearings can take moment load and radial load, besides take thrust loads;There are ball bearing, roller bearing and ball-roller bearing at type;There are single-row, double-row and three-row at structure.With teeth and without teeth on conduction(outer or inner ring); At dustproof and leak grease proof type,with airproof and without airproof. At mounting with flanged(outer or inner ring), with bolt hole and without flanged.
Crossed Cylindrical Roller Slewing Ring Bearings are extensively applied in such industries as metallurgy, vessel, oil, chemistry, mine, coal, hydroelectric power, port machinery, heavy machinery and aerospace or some other fields.
Slewing bearings can bear large axial load, radial load and overturning moment,comprehensive load of large bearings.These bearings are generally with the mounting holes,lubrication holes,seals, internal gear or external gear, and thus can host a compact, easy rotation,easy to install and easy to maintain. wheel bearings without gear, external gear and the internal gear of the four-point contact ball bearings, Double angular contact thrust ball bearings, crossed cylindrical roller bearings, crossed tapered rolling bearings and three-row cylindrical roller bearings and other structural types. four-point contact ball bearings with high static load capacity, cross-cylindrical roller bearings with high dynamic load capacity, cross-tapered roller bearings with greater rigidity and high rotational accuracy support.
The single-row crossed roller slewing ring is composed of two seat-rings.It features compact in design,light in weight,high precision and small fitting clearance.
As the rollers are 1:1cross aranged,it is suitable for high precision mounting and capable to bear axial force,rsultant moment and considerable large radial force.
The single-row crossed roller slewing rings are widely used for hoisting,transporting,engineering machines as well as for military products.

Characteristics slewing bearing
1. Four-point contact ball slewing bearings
are of high static load capacity, which are able to bear radial load, axial load
and overturning moment
2. Cross-cylindrical roller slewing bearings
mainly bear larger axial load and also carry overturning moment. Crossed
cylindrical roller bearings are of dynamic load capacity
3. Cross-tapered roller bearings'
pre-interference can can support a greater rigidity and rotary accuracy.
4. Double-row different diameter ball slewing bearings
are able to bear greater overturning moment, which bear load mainly at axial.
5. Three-row cylindrical roller bearings
increase the carrying capacity and can bear a more heavy load,because forces
are beared by diffenrent raceway. So three-row cylindrical rollerbearing is a
high carrying capacity of slewing bearings.In the same force cases, because
the diameter of the bearing can be greatly reduced.Hence the characteristics
of the host is more compact
