Touch switch with remote controller
1. Adopt PCB board communication antenna, remote frequency more stable. Most of other manufacturers using wires to remote.
2. Adopt EV1527 remote control module, better paired study with remote control from other manufacturers.
Production Process:
Step 1: Raw materials: For supplier of spare parts, our company has specialized person to inspect the quality, and using high quality parts. So that make the finished product more perfect.
Step 2: Welding: Using SMD automatic, making weld tightly, products more stable more beautiful.
Step 3: Debugging: Strict in testing program, with MCU control broad test (turn voltage and take load), making voltage more accurate, reducing the failure rate.
Step 4: Assemby: Using imported tricyclic paint which spray on PCB, can be waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion, make the products more stable and long-term use.
Step 5: Finished products test: Testing for sensitivity, dual-control study and all functions.
Step 6: Aging test: Sensitivity test, performance test including of remote control, lighting and so on.
Step 7: Finished products: Random inspection by quality inspector in accordance with ISO9001 Quality Control System.
