4SZYB Four-color Decoration MachineThis type of machine is for four-color decoration, which professional designed by our factory. This machine is professed in printing in glassware, such as tumblers, cups and so forth.
Rotary table movement system
Continues production available in high-speed operation condition (24 hours working), the flexible adjustment of machine speed can be made through a frequency-convertible speed regulator.
Chromatically printing gained by means of thermo-plastic color glazing.
Precision for color register up to ±0.2 mm (depending on print cup’s quality)
This kind of Printing is available for both cylindrical and conical household utensils.
Wheels are installed on bottom of the machine to make it easy to move anywhere as required, 4 bottom feet should be adjusted only to avoid vibration during operation.
It is an Easy operation without the assistance from professional or technical personnel.
Two different systems can be freely switched.
Hot-plastic color glazing (hot-print) is used to obtain high quality and high-speed printing.
