Triple-color decoration machine

This machine is suitable for 3-color top printing with 12sets suction heads (by vacuum pump) to finish the printing process in three stations. The 1st and 2nd is hot printing that low-voltage electricity is applied on the net plate, and the 3rd printing is cold, then the product enters into baking to set the printing.

Due to variable size of the rim of glass cup, it requires proper rubber sucker, and suction seat; the rotation travel (perimeter) of suction head is determined by the number of the cogs of rack.

This machine can print continuously, at max. 48pcs/min. (It is determined by the printing area and precision.)

Thermostat unit: driven by 220V alternating current to the metal wire net which serves as heating element on the plate with output 6.3V safe working voltage at 2Kw in constant automatic control mode.
