Advantage:

Useful tips:
1.Take away sand from rice,make sure the cleanliness of rice before hulling.
2.Two rolls should be placed at the parallel side,the space must be equal.
3.The flow or discharge should be balanced,the flow layers should well-arranged.
4.Control the segregation efficiency,and use it within the limits.
Application:
The printing rubber rollers we disigned and manufactured are widely used in many fields. Operating principle:
Because of speed difference of veer and reversion between two rubber rollers, paddy are torn up by two rubber rollers.In the end, rice grains come out.
Normally two pieces rubber rice roller for one carton boxes, one piece for one carton box is also accepted.
