Raw material applying for wood pellet making machine:
1.Wood log:First use wood chipper convert wood log to wood chips ,if wood chips moisture >20%,We should add a dryer to dry the wood chip until mositure <20% .
2.Wood chips: Wood chips with moisture >20%,We should add one dryer to dry wood chips until <20%. If Wood chips are dry ,moisture <20%,it can be crushed by hammer mill directly,then it comes out as sawdust ,sawdust can make pellet directly;
3.Sawdust: Moisture >20%,need dry until mositure <15-20%,if sawdust size <8mm,then make pellet directly.
4.Palm fiber and EFB:Further crushed until size <1mm,dried until moisture <20%.
5.Rice husk :Without hammer mill,when moisture <20% can make pellet directly.
6.Straw:Further crushed by hammer mill
Machine needed of the pellet making production line
Different material area may need different machine ,It according to your material .
Wood chipper ---You may need a dis or drum wood chip to chipping wood log or wood board to wood chips 2-3cm.
Wood dryer---If wood chips moisture>15%,you need dry it until <15%.
Hammer mill----To crush the material size <8mm.
Biomass pellet machine---To make wood pellet.
Cooler---Cool and dried the pellet until get standard

1.30% deposit of total amount to be paid by T/T in 5 working days after signing sales contract,the balance 70% will be paid before goods leaves factory.
2.30% deposit of total amount to be paid by T/T 5 working days after signing sales contract,the balance 70% can be paid by L/C before goods leaves factory.
