JK series mine shaft elelctric lifters is according to the People’s Republic of China’s manufacturing industrial standards of AQ 1035-2007< Safety inspection code of single-rope drum winder for coal mines> GB/T20961-2007 and the Hebi city star mining machinery manufacturing Co.,LTD ’s enterprise standard of Q/HBXG003-2007.2008.2009.2010.2013 to design and manufacture the products.

JK series mine shaft elelctric lifters adopts to the ground or under the mine’s inclined tunnel and the small model vertical shaft as the lifting material of the coal mine,metal mine and non-metal mine.

Spindle unit
- The spindle is made of high quality 45 # alloy steel forgings. The manufacture of whole forging flange is fixed the problem of running or loosening keyway which caused by positive and negative operation of hoist. It greatly improves and reduces the safety of the hoisting machine and maintenance costs. With two NDT testing, it proceeded. Its carrying capacity and torque were greater than 650KN, and mechanical performance test in accordance with national standards.
- Spindle unit bearing adopts double row centripetal spherical roller bearing. The bearing with high carrying capacity and stable operation.
- The materials of winch drum uses 16Mn and thickness of 30mm steel. Reducer
- Type: planetary reducer

Disc brake
- Disc brake with rear fuel tank normally closed type, butterfly spring brake, oil pressure opening gate, the brake is designed braking in the form of anti-designing. When there is no pressure, without electricity, the hoist is being braked and stopped, namely the security state (with nine different directions butterfly spring inside the brake, wearing on dowels with brake shoe, adjust the size of brake disc with the butterfly spring pressure; when the hydraulic pump station feed pressure, the butterfly spring shrink, release brake disc, disconnect pressure, spring butterfly release the pressure freely, hoist will be braked).
- With brake shoe wearing and spring fatigue protection devices.
- Hoist work brake torque and safety brake torque is three times larger than hoist maximum static torque.
- Butterfly spring material shall comply the rules of 60Si2Mn hot-rolled flat steel and coil springs steel.
- Brake shoe use KZ104 asbestos plastic, with strong wear resistance, high friction coefficient, and high braking performance.
