Model LW solid liquid separation decanter centrifuge is the mechanical equipment used for continuously separation the materials in the suspension with density difference, by the principle of centrifugal settling. LW series centrifuge is a kind of deposition equipment of horizontal spiral discharge, continuous operation. The basic principle is the drum and the spiral feeder rotate in the same direction but with a certain speed difference; The material is led into the feeding spiral inner cylinder via the feeding pipe and after speeding up, enters the drum; Under the action of the centrifuge force field, the relatively heavier solid-phase material deposits on the drum wall forming the residue layer; The solid-phase residue is continuously pushed by the spiral feeder to the conic end of the drum and after dehydration in the drying area, is discharged under full-speed running. It enjoys such features as compact structure, continuous operation, smooth running, strong adaptability to the separation material, large handling capacity, convenient maintenance, etc.
Application
LW series solid liquid separation decanter centrifuge is applicable to the separating of the suspension containing solid-phase granules with the diameter greater than 0.005mm and with the concentration being 2-40%.

- Material: The parts contacting the processing material can be made of carbon steel, special stainless steel, titanium alloy, etc.
- Antifriction treatment: spiral feeder coated with abrasion resistance material, or inlaid with hard alloy slice, or corundum ceramic plate, the sludge outlet can be inlaid with hard alloy bush or corundum ceramic bush.
- Structure type: counter flow type, concurrent flow type and three phase separating type. Speed adjustment: stepless speed regulation of the drum rotation; spiral differential speed adjustable at will.
- Speed adjustment: stepless speed regulation of the drum rotation; spiral differenctial speed adjustable at will.
- Bearing lubrication: with grease lubrication, oil lubrication or forced oil circulation lubrication for option.
