Two Sides Conveyor Plough Tripper with Unloading Roller
This kind of plough unloader is applied on the belt conveyor for unloading the material, which is safe and reliable. The device works efficiently, reducing labour intensity and realizing remote or automatic control. It has been widely applied in mines, power industry, metallurgy field, chemical plants and so on.
A belt tripper is used to trip the material off the conveyor at locations between the terminal pulleys.
A tripper can either be fixed position or movable and consists of a structure with two pulley Assemblies. As the belt passes over the upper pulley, the material is discharged from the belt into a collection chute. The material is then diverted to one side or both sides of the belt for discharge, or back onto the belt if the desired discharge position is at the end of the conveyor.
Main Features:
1. With hydraulic thruster, the device is provided with overload protection.
2. With limiting device, the device can accurately position the contacting spot between the unloader and belt, ensuring efficient operation.
3. The unloading points can be changed expediently, and rotate control can be realized.
