overview of wheat flour milling process
1. cleaning section: wheat seeds must be cleaned by sieving, de-stoning, magnetic separating, etc, before going into roller mill for crushing and milling. High quality cleaning is the guarantee to good performance of equipment, also the quality required in finished product.
2. crushing and milling: cleaned wheat will be delivered to crusher and roller mill for flour milling. High quality equipment is the pre-condtion for producing high quality finished product. Milled flour goes into Square Plansifter for sieving based on size requirement. Our modern pneumatic roller mill is very popular now and gained good reputation from clients.
3. Flexible packing: finished product (wheat flour) can be storaged in a buffer bin for integraed packing, or packed directly after sieving. Integrated packing can saves workers packing at night with whole production line working continuously.
