JP40-L Mortar and plaster pumps
1. JP40-L is small plastering machine introduced Italian technology.
2. It's applied for various characteristics and use of ready-mixed dry mortar construction.
3. It offers combined functions of mixing, pumping, bonding and plastering.
4. It can plaster and grout various interior and exterior plastering mortar, masonry mortar, flooring mortar, decorative mortar, thermal insulation mortar, and floor surface mortar.
5. JP40-L can max hegiht to 15m and distance to 30m, max grain size is 4mm. Plastering speed is 800-1000m2 per 8hours.

1. JP40-L the design is very sample and easily to keep mainatance
Mortar mixer drum: 120L, there are 3 paddles to mix different materials evenly!
-JP40-L can be easily to disassemble into 2parts with mixer and plastering machine for easliy movement to high floors.
-The discharge port design is very feasible, pulling handle lightly can discharge wet- mixed mortar into feeding hopper.
-The oil handle pump can add oil automatically. And the air tube with copper coupling can be easily to fit air supplier from air compressor.
2. JP40-L can be used for different working purposes, plastering mortar, thermal insulation, fireproofing material.

JP40-L can be used for grouting in bridge, tunnel, buliding foundation.
